We begin with a free consultation in the studio to meet and talk about your goals and abilities as well as the service I provide. From there, we schedule a detailed movement and posture assessment that establishes your baseline and identifies priorities. This data is combined with a deep understanding of your goals before designing your program.
Your program is built from scratch—no templates or generic routines. All training variables are planned according to your goals, abilities, and schedule. I provide my clients with daily self-run routines and workout programs as well as in person training.
Train in a clean, fully stocked, private studio in Bee Cave, or have the training brought to your home for an added travel fee.
Structured programming and a companion app with a video library for clients that would like additional programming to do at home or when on the road. You have 24/7 access to your coach and can utilize the app and library in countless ways to support your training.
For those that wish to dig deep, I offer lifestyle integration through the Four Doctors model: Movement, Diet, Quiet, and Happiness. Together, we can work on all of the aspects of your lifestyle that support your health, fitness and vitality.
I have 20 years of education, experience and embodiment of strength and performance training. I have poured myself into both the science and the artform of weightlifting and functional strength over hundreds of thousands of reps of precision and power, strength and skill.
Over the years, I have been fortunate enough to work with and study under some incredible teachers that have influenced my library of skills and knowledge. My journey has given me the tools to design and guide clients through programs that support all ability levels, ranging from rehabilitation, posture and movement correction all the way to elite level athletes.

My consultations usually take about 45 minutes and I aim to inform not pressure. If you think it is a good fit, we can get you enrolled and scheduled, if not then I may be able to refer you to someone in my network that better suits your needs.
I don't offer short cuts or quick fixes, I teach a method that when practiced consistently will provide unparallelled results.

Strength starts with control. Exercises like this on the Swiss ball strengthen core activation, breathing mechanics, and spinal alignment while moving through the hips. Building the foundation for safer lifting, better performance, and long-term durability. We ensure safety and competency by breaking the complex down to its core components and building upwards from there.
There is something that makes lifting free weights very unique. The weight always wants to follow the predictable line of gravity back to the ground. While machines and cables have their place, they don't force the body to adjust through proprioceptive awareness the way that free weights do. We can use this to our advantage to develop incredible flexibility, stability, body awareness and real - world strength.
Every movement is coached, refined, and built with purpose so you can move better, be stronger, and stay injury-free when you're doing life. Every rep is done with precision and intention, we aren't just training the muscles, but the nervous system that operates them.
