For most, this will include muscle growth, but that is not the sole intention of our training. If your goal is specific to a sport, we will evaluate the demands that you will be facing and design a program to match. Our certified personal trainer will work in tandem with your coach and provide the strengthening, mobility and integration that will aid you in your development of specific skills. We will also utilize our full assessment protocol to make sure you are able to do your sport with minimal risk of injury and to help you rehab preexisting problems.

We use the data gathered during the assessment and, considering the goals of the individual, create a plan to get you to where you want to be. Your program will have some elements that should be done daily at home, other parts will be progressed through gradually in the gym with a certified health coach. This data will be shared with you so that you have a clear understanding of what we are doing. what we plan to achieve and when.
